Make an order: 

For every order if you exceed weights or allowed measures, or in case of parcels already packaged by the manufacturer, will be made up of two or more packages.  

 For shipments abroad, within the weight limit of 31.5 kg, will be packed a single parcel. For overweights are packaged two or more packages. 

To take advantage of offers, the compilation of orders must be made before the indicated date. Consumers, if they want to send gifts, can also enter different personal information. The addressee will receive the parcel as a gift.

 TO SEND THE PACKAGE AS A GIFT IT IS NECESSARY AN ADVANCE PAYMENT (for obvious reasons). It’s possible to enclose a greeting message to the parcel, writing it in the notes of the order. Using the various options you can choose the method of delivery and the type of payment. 

Except different indications, the price of published products must be considered excluding value-added tax.

The order involves a minimum charge of 39.00€, which includes forwarding costs. 

Goods will be not furnished on approval, costumer is responsible for his order, for correspondence and conformity of specifications indicated by his demands. 

 We reserve the right not to accept orders which present uncomplete information in order to bring a transaction to a successful conclusion. If an order is not carried out (in case of non-available products) our business will inform customers as soon as possible, reimbursing consumer’s expenses before deposited. Customers will also be informed if it is necessary for them to wait longer than a period of 15 working days, but in this case they will not have rights of any indemnification or reimburse.

HOW TO PAY:

The Antica Via del Sale offers three ways to pay chosen at the moment of orders conclusion:

-Payment- cash on delivery (only Italy)

-Payment in advance by banker’s transfer

-Paymant online by credit cart Visa or Mastercard- chosen payment in advance PAYPAL 

For oders abroad or minor Island are possible only payment by credit card Visa or Mastercard on secure server Paypal and banker’s transfer.

Fill up a form of order on line: you will pay by cash the total of expenses (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE ON DELIVERY if not before arrangement) indicated on the mark of expedition upon receipt of goods (directly to the carrier or forwarding agent who consign products)

-Payment in advance by credit card Visa or Mastercard ( Option PayPal) / banker’s transfer.

You can make a good purchase comfortably from your computer and when you choose the way to pay show: payment in advance, will follow information to effect a bank transaction or another way to pay.

If payment is anticipated to half banker’s transfer the good’s deliver will come immediately after the receipt of the payment.

Delivery term

In Italy economic shipment: 24/48 hours.

In Italy Espress shipment: in the capitals of provinces within the day after the goods’ collection not later than 12.00 a.m.

In Europe delivery “monocollo” D.P.D.: 48/96 hours.

All the period of consignment mentioned, are reffered to the products present into the goods shed at the moment of the order. However, it could happen that while you are commanding a product, the same product will be ordered simultaneously by another customer; or if you order more pieces of the same product, could happen that the total amount is not available. If one article is not available at the moment of the order, the customer will be informed, by e-mail or other means of communication, about the waiting times previewed and in case of immediate availability of analogous products. The customer will be able to arrange the shipment of items ordered, except  that one not immediately available; thus the order will be considered carry out. The customer will be also able to demand for the good shipment when the missed article will be newly available; products will be usually available again within a period of time between 1 and 7 working days, but if that period could be longer than 15 days, the customer will be informed by e-mail or other means of communication. If meanwhile customer decides not to receive anymore articles, will be enough to write to:

 Absence of the adressee 

It could happen that at the moment of delivery to the address indicated in the order, either if it is customer's residence or another delivery, the customer is not present for the collection of items. In this case the courier will leave a notice to the addressee.

Shipment and services  

SHIPPER: Bartolini express Courier is the fastest way in order to send packages in Italy; 

you can be inquired about the outcome of the shipment through the local number of Courier’s seats or inserting the shipment number in the appropriate field on the site Bartolini. 

‐ shipment expenses by economic tariff to Italy, are calculated based on weight in kg, according to the following table:

- expenses for express shipment to Italy, are calculated based on weight in kg according to the previous table increased by 25 per cent: 

 

- shipment expenses inside the European Community, within the weight limit of 31,5 kg, will be applied by the rate “Single package”. For advanced weights we will provide to send goods through Euroexpress shipment.   

 

The exceptions are: Greece, Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, where two different shipments will be executed by the same order.

 Goods are always carried at the consignor’s risk, therefore the Antica Via del Sale is not in charge of deteriorations, damages, delays, fines or other prejudgments and damn that could happen during the transport.  

It is up to the purchaser to carry out the opportune verifications of goods and to make a complaint directly to the conveyor at the moment of consignment, by a precise reserve on the delivery note of courier.   

 

The shipment number of package will be sended by email at the moment of delivery.   

 

We as the Antica Via del Sale reserve the right to carry out the shipment of orders by a different courier from the one indicated, or by other means that we think could be suitable.

ATTENTION to remember that:   

When the courier carries out the delivery you will have to verify that:

1. If the package is integral, not damaged and in conformity with the special peculiarities of a package. 

2. In case of delivery on bank, the "film" is integral, very adherent and does not present anomalous openings. 

3. The number of packets indicated on the invoice or on the DDT that travels with goods is correspondent to the number of packets effectively delivered.

Eventual contestations must be raised immediately to the carrie; in absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

How to behave in case of damage due to the transport or the suspicion of lack of products:  

 

1. To express a reservation, (accepting the delivery but signing the document of courier writing “I accept with reservation”, specifying the reasons).  

 

2. To reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept with reservation or in case the damage is visible without opening the parcel. 

Without a written reservoir it will not be possible to avail again for damages or absence of products. 

Straight of recess

If the customer is not satisfied with the acquired products, he can exercise the right to recess from the purchase of part or entire ordered items without 

 

some penalty, according to the art.5 of D. Lgs. 185/99. To give up from the purchase, the customer will have to communicate the recess to the Ancient Way of Salt within 10 working days from the  receipt of acquired products. In case of recess, the reimbursement will be carried out on the arrival of goods given back by customer, and will be charged to your account only the expenses of redelivery. In any case, it will not be credited different goods from that one ordered by costumers.

 The communication will have to be carried out through registered letter with warning of reception addressed to the Antica Via del Sale, via S.Rocco, 84  - 18037 - Pigna (IM), Italy,  or through e-mail (recesso@anticaviadesale.com), telephone (+39184241116) or telegram, to confirm in the following 48 hours however by registered letter with warning of reception, sended to the previous address, and it will have to specify the acquired products, the relating number of order and the intention to recede from the purchase.  Ancient Way of Salt will answer by e-mail or by other means of communication to authorize the restitution of goods, indicating a relative number. Such number must be written in the waybill of the package given back.YOU MUST NOT SEND BACK THE GOODS BEFORE BEING IN POSSESSION OF THE NUMBER WHICH AUTHORIZE THE RESTITUTION OF PRODUCTS. The shipment of returning products can be carried out with whichever mean that could confirm the happened shipment. However Antica Via del Sale will not accept in any case shipments of return in carriage on delivery or in mark. Shipment expenses will be charged to the buyer's account.Once received the products that have been returned, Antica Via del Sale will provide timely, from the reception of the recess order to the reimbursement of the amound paid to purchase the products, by money order, bulletin of checking account, discount to carry out on new order or by bank transfer. 

ATTENTION: The recess right can be exercised only if goods are perfectly integral and not used. Therefore, the confection and parcels given back must not have been opened yet or deprived of covering, or bring signs of tampering. Antica Via del Sale does not answer for eventual damagings of  articles occurred during the redelivery of the same ones. If Antica Via del Sale receives returned articles damaged or broken by costumers, it will not provide to the restitution of the amount paid for the purchase of products.
