Treatment of personal information matters.
 

According to the thirteenth article of bill 196, dated June 30, 2003, (codex concerniny the protection of personal information), your personal data will be used electronically with maximum confidentiality. Work is furnished by Carlo Rainero, who lives in “via San Rocco 84-18037”. Your personal information will be communicated only to people explicity delegated to continue the execution of your order, and this data will be used exclusively for these purposes. 

Consumer’s information, unless expressed to the contrary, will be communicated to people whom he has chosen to send gifts to, which could be one or more products purchased by the ancient “Way of salt”. The aim of this communication is to reassure the addressee who is a recipient of an anonymous parcel. 

 By filing in the form of a digital order, people declare to knowledge this piece of information and express their consent to the disclosure of personal data and to the treatment of them, for the purpose and by people specified in the same informative article, aware that in the obsence of consent or, in case of a mendacious communication of information, the order cannot be executed. The concerned person has some right: you can request confirmation of the existence of your personal data in the system, who collects personal information; you can know the origin, the logic and the aim of their treatment; you can obtain adjournment, rectification, and integration; if it happens an illegal treatment,                                                                                                you can also ask to delete your data, their trasformation or their block; you can oppose, by legittimate reason, to the use of your personal information or if those are used to send advertising material, commercial information… and for the exercise of any right consumers had.
