Rossese of Dolceacqua
Vineyards located in San Biagio della Cima (IM). Implanted in 1913 by the grandfather of Bartholomew Biamonti (Bertu). There are no support poles, vines, austere, climb on their own and the ancient walls. Around the stain, strong, spicy herbs, parched. The few vines do not produce a bottle each. Limited. Unfiltered. Aged in wood. Be consumed after at least two years.

Ruby red, bright and lively, the nose expresses an intensity of thistle, pink pepper, black cherry. Feelings minerals and soft tannins. It combines with red meat grilled, baked, roasted, kid, lamb, wild boar and game.

Wine of intense straw yellow color. It opens to the nose with scents of fresh fruit, with hints of melon, crisp acidity, round and enveloping.

Rossese "mouth red" thin skin. Tree farming in particularly inaccessible terrain and rocky. Ruby red color, expresses an intensity of fruit to the nose of fruits of undergrowth. You notice aromas of raspberry and blueberry.
